Through the methods of literature,case analysis,comparative study and expert interview,this paper takes the theory and policy perspective of new qualitative productive forces as the cut-in point,this paper probes into the policy environment,industry requirements and realistic progress of the intellectualization of sports industry and public service of national fitness.Then,based on ChatGPT's technical background and implementation progress,the paper reviews its innovative advantages in promoting factor aggregation,innovating output mode,enhancing trade trust and improving service environment.Furthermore,the paper discusses the application mode and technical path of ChatGPT in the above two fields,and puts forward the potential risks and countermeasures of ChatGPT in sports industry and public serv-ice of national fitness,ChatGPT in the new era into the new quality productive forces to promote the sports industry and public health serv-ices for the healthy and stable development of a new theoretical support.
