"双减"理念融入中小学体育教学的价值、困境与路径

作为中小学体育教学改革内外部驱动力的契合点与催化剂,"双减"助推中小学体育教学重塑育人理念、提升教学质量和保障教学公平,促使中小学体育教学改革从应然走向实然.然而,在"双减"持续推进的新机遇下,传统弱势的体育学科面临育人共识、质量供给、教学评价等多维度困境.为此,"双减"理念融入中小学体育教学的实践进路在于:以"学生为本"的教学理念促进体育教学育人质量的提升;以"具身认知"的学习方式促使体育课堂教学质效双增;以"素养立意"的体育教学评价引领学生全面发展.
The Value,Challenges,and Pathways of Integrating the"Double Reduction"Spirit into Primary and Secondary School Physical Education
As a convergence point and catalyst for both internal and external driving forces of primary and secondary school physical educa-tion reform,the"double reduction"policy has propelled the reshaping of educational concepts in physical education,the enhancement of teaching quality,and the assurance of teaching equity.It has facilitated the transition of physical education reform from the theoretical to the practical realm.However,under the new opportunities presented by the ongoing advancement of the"double reduction",the traditionally dis-advantaged subject of physical education faces multidimensional challenges such as consensus on education,quality provision,and teaching evaluation.To this end,the practical pathways for integrating the"double reduction"spirit into primary and secondary school physical educa-tion include:promoting the improvement of educational quality through a student-centered teaching philosophy;enhancing the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching through an embodied cognition approach to learning;and leading comprehensive student develop-ment through a competency-based approach to physical education assessment.
