Research on the Cultural Inheritance and Technical Construction of Zhang Sanfeng's Original Taijiquan under the Non-genetic Visual Threshold
In order to carry forward the excellent Chinese traditional Wushu culture,promote the public's interest in practicing the original Taijiquan of Zhang Sanfeng,a provincial non-legacy boxing,enhance the practitioners'understanding of the essence of Zhang Sanfeng's o-riginal Taijiquan,and form the consciousness of practicing this Taijiquan,so as to promote the inheritance and development of Zhang San-feng's original Taijiquan.By using the methods of literature review,observation,comparative analysis and expert interview,this study analy-zes,summarizes and refines the movement techniques and techniques in the routine for technical construction,and draws the following con-clusions:Zhang Sanfeng's original Taijiquan moves freely,with ups and downs,softness and rigidity,and distinct rhythm.Pay attention to guiding qi with intention and combining it with Zhuangzi's heel-breathing method to form an internal exercise method with health-preser-ving function,which shows the characteristics of internal and external integration and reflects the sports effect of internal cultivation and ex-ternal training.
