A Discussion on the Education Concept of Traditional Wushu from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Philosophy
The"Education Concept"of traditional Chinese Wushu is a simple and concise education concept formed by traditional Wushu for practitioners with unique Chinese cultural characteristics.It reveals the ways and methods of education in traditional Chinese Wushu,and deeply presents the spiritual core and cultural thinking of traditional Chinese Wushu.Using methods such as literature research,logical analysis,and introspection,this study takes traditional Chinese philosophy as a theoretical perspective to interpret the unique cultural char-acteristics of Chinese Wushu in the process of educating people.Research suggests that the educational philosophy of traditional Chinese Wushu mainly includes the following five aspects.Firstly,traditional Chinese Wushu emphasizes the"holistic view"of"physical and men-tal cultivation":"integration of combat and practice"to cultivate the overall idea,and"physical and mental integrity"to cultivate the spirit of life;Secondly,traditional Chinese Wushu adhere to a dialectical view in the cultivation of thinking:the integration of Yin and Yang culti-vates dialectical thinking,and the cultivation of Wushu style cultivates a stable mind;Thirdly,traditional Chinese Wushu shape aesthetic education according to aesthetic standards:shaping the beauty of form and spirit through physical exercise,and cultivating aesthetic wisdom through technical and theoretical empowerment;Fourthly,traditional Chinese Wushu emphasizes the concept of"harmony and harmony"in the practice of"dealing with the world":"combining strength and softness"to comprehend the wisdom of harmony,and"dynamically grasping"to forge a grand pattern;The fifth aspect is that traditional Chinese Wushu promote the concept of"moral character"in"spiritual cultivation":"cultivating noble character through both moral and artistic cultivation",and achieving a spiritual realm beyond comprehen-sion and comprehension.Taking the concept of educating people as the ideological thread and value guidance,Chinese traditional Wushu have built a unique system of educating people,highlighted the advantages of educating people in the new era,and provided Chinese path to modernization Wushu concepts and Chinese wisdom for"educating people with Wushu".
