The Dilemma and Optimization Path of the Individualization of Public Physical Education Teaching in Universities——Based on the Dreyfus Skill Acquisition Model
With the continuous promotion of the concept of quality education in China, physical education teaching in universities has re-ceived widespread attention in the field of education. The core literacy oriented concept of physical education in the new era requires public physical education teaching in universities to be student-centered,transform sports skills knowledge into students'personal qualities, and focus on the"embodiment"of physical education teaching. This study,by sorting out the relevant theories of sports skill acquisition and com-bining with current sports skill teaching practices, points out that the current dilemma of the"embodied"transformation in public sports teaching in universities lies in the neglect of student interests and emotions in sports skill teaching,as well as the lack of a scenario based teaching environment.Based on this, the Dreyfus skill acquisition model is introduced, and compared with traditional sports teaching methods from three aspects:emotional stimulation, skilled embodied behavior cultivation, skill application, and transfer. The"embodied"advantages of this model are presented, and based on this, the current optimization paths for sports skill teaching are proposed. These paths have reference significance for truly reflecting student physical subjectivity and forming skilled embodied behavior in sports teaching reform in universities.
