Research on Career Development of School Coaches from Perspective of Strategic Human Resource Management
Based on the perspective of strategic human resource management school coaches career development research,to strengthen school sports work,improve the level of school sports management,even to promote the physical and mental health and all-round develop-ment of young people is of great significance.Through the analysis of literature and jurisprudence,this paper constructs the concept of"pro-fessional development of school coaches",and expounds the generation logic and difficulties of professional development of school coaches from the perspective of strategic human resource management,and put forward the promotion strategy.Research has found that,at present,the legal guarantee system for the professional development of school coaches in our country needs to be perfected,the policy execution ability of professional development is insufficient,the problem of fault exists in the reform of school coaches'post,the problem of inadaptability of school coaches'policy is prominent,and the professional training of school coaches lags behind obviously.Based on the research perspective of strategic human resource management,it is necessary to further strengthen the legal system to explain the connotation of professional devel-opment and the normative guidance work,to optimize the policy to promote the implementation of school coaches'professional development,to gradually improve the protection of the rights and interests of school coaches,to gradually improve the adaptability of school coaches'poli-cies,and to improve the guidance and planning of school coaches'professional development.
