Off-campus sports training institutions have embraced a period of developing opportunity after the introduction of"double reduc-tion"policy.The off-campus sports training market is developing rapidly,and the government needs to strengthen supervision to ensure high-quality and orderly development,with the increase of sports training institutions.This paper analyze the significance of supervising youth out-of-school sports training institutions,the current situation of supervising national and local governments,and the existing prob-lems by the methods of literature and logical etc.The results showed that:Strengthening the supervision of off-campus sports training insti-tutions is beneficial for the healthy and comprehensive development of adolescents,maintaining market order,promoting the connotation de-velopment of training institutions,and responding to the significance of national policies.In view of the current characteristics and existing problems of national and local supervision of youth training institutions,it is finally proposed to strengthen the regulation and legislation of sports training institutions and strengthen the supervision of youth training institutions,improve the supervision system of multi-department cooperation,construct the credit evaluation system of sports training institutions and other supervision countermeasures.
