高校运动训练品牌专业建设的内涵、特征、路径与"南体方案"研究

在党中央深入实施新时代人才强国战略背景下,结合南京体育学院运动训练品牌专业建设的改革实践,研究认为,运动训练品牌专业建设是一个市场意识鲜明的概念、一种专业高质量发展的途径、一个系统优化更新的发展过程和一种教育体制改革的实践;提出了坚定"四个自信"烙印中国特色,掀起"质量革命"强铸品牌之基,强调"立德树人",坚持守正创新,构建"三全育人"抓好顶层设计和做好"品牌个性"突出专业特色的建设路径;推出"围绕一个理念、推进两个融合、加强三方协同、抓好四个统筹、做好五大工程"的运动训练品牌专业建设的"南体方案".
A Study on the Connotation,Characteristics,Path and"NSI Program"of the Construction of Sports Training Brand Majors in Universities
Under the background of the CPC Central Committee's in-depth implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents in the new era,combined with the reform practice of sports training brand specialty construction in Nanjing Sports Institute,this paper holds that sports training brand specialty construction is a concept with distinct market consciousness,a path of professional high-quality development,a development process of systematic renewal and optimization,and a practice of education system reform.It puts forward the construction path of firmly branding Chinese characteristics with"four self-confidence",setting off a"quality revolution",strongly casting the foundation of the brand,strongly shaping"building morality and cultivating people",adhering to integrity and innovation,building a"three integrity education",grasping the top-level design and doing a good job in"brand personality"and highlighting professional characteristics.Launched the"NSI program"for the professional construction of sports training brand,which"focuses on one concept,promotes two integra-tion,strengthens tripartite cooperation,pays close attention to four overall plans and completes five projects".
