A Study on the"Fengzhui"Binding and Layout of Books of the Western Xia Dynasty
Among the many book binding and layout forms in the Middle Ages,the"Fengzhui"binding and layout has been lost and there is no detailed documentation,and the academic circle has different opinions on its appearance.In the process of sorting out the design of books of the Western Xia Dynasty,the author starts with more than 100 pieces of stitched books,analyzes the reasonable and unreasonable parts of the old theories of the predecessors,and clarifies the form and system of"Fengzhui"binding and layout.Accordingly,the"Fengzhui"of misjudgment and misjudgment can be corrected;The contents of the"Fengzhui"binding and layout documents of the Western Xia Dynasty were determined.At the same time,it also provides reference materials for sorting out the history of medieval book design.
