Poetic Body:The Construction of Body Realm in Movies
The body plays an important role in building subjectivity.The body in movies is both a subjective object and an objective subject,unifying objective experiences with subjective emotions,becoming the foundation of concrete cognition,empathy,and aesthetic imagery.The so-called"body realm"mainly includes two aspects:on the one hand,it refers to the poetic rhetoric of the lens on the body phenomenon in the static space of the movie,which transitions from image characteristics to psychological images and triggers"image proliferation",producing a poetic emotional experience;On the other hand,it refers to the continuous spatial dynamic changes of the body in movies,creating spaces that can be traveled and felt by the body,achieving the embodiment representation of emotions.Based on the physical phenomena,perception formed by physical activities,and spatial context in the movie,the movie's body realm is constructed together.Between reality and imagination,and between perception and projection,using the body as a medium,the movie's"body realm"provides a path for transcending limited objects,events,and scenes to achieve a poetic aesthetic of physical and mental unity.
