艾灸对力竭运动小鼠心肌细胞内分泌功能的影响

摘要
目的 探索艾灸对力竭运动小鼠心肌细胞内分泌功能的影响.方法 将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、力竭运动组、艾灸治疗组等3组,每组20只,力竭运动组和艾灸治疗组进行适应性游泳训练10 d,艾灸治疗组小鼠于游泳后进行艾灸,取穴内关、关元、肾俞,最后1次游泳后的次日,3组小鼠做力竭运动,观察小鼠力竭运动时间,力竭后检测心脏心钠素、一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶含量.结果 与力竭运动组相比,艾灸治疗组小鼠的力竭运动时间显著延长(P<0.01),心钠素,一氧化氮升高.结论 艾灸可以通过促进心肌细胞的内分泌功能,保护心脏,提高小鼠运动能力.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of moxibustion on myocardial endocrine functions in exhaustive exercise mice. METHODS To divide swimming mice into three groups each with 20 mice: blank-control group, exhaustive exercise group, moxibustion group. To give mice in exhaustive exercise group and moxibustion group adaptive swimming training of lOdays, give moxibustion mice moxibustion treated after swimming, select acupoint PC6, CV4 and BL23. One day after last swimming, three groups of mice did exhaustive exercise. To observe the time, and after their exercise test the contents of atrial natri-uretic peptide, nitrogen monoxide and nitric oxide synthase(NOS). RESULTS Compared with the exhaustive exercise group, the exhaustive time of mice in moxibustion group was significantly longer(P<0. 01) ,and the contents of atrial natriuretic pep-tide and nitrogen monoxide were increased. CONCLUSION Moxibustion can promote myocardial endocrine functions, protect the heart and increase exercise capacity in mice.
