摘要
通过对国医大师干祖望教授的学术思想、临床经验的研究,总结及归纳干氏中医耳鼻咽喉学术思想的形成背景和理论内涵,包括"中介"理论、"五诊十纲"学说、"仿内经"理论、"多涕症"和"喉源性咳嗽"两个新病种的创立、耳鼻喉科"脾胃学说",首次提出耳鼻喉口黏膜病"辨证十要"和"治痰九法".以及从整体观念、辨证论治、耳鼻咽喉局部辨证等中医耳鼻咽喉临证诊疗思路和技术创新方面,阐述了干祖望教授在中医耳鼻咽喉科领域的学术成就和卓越贡献,为更好地传承名老中医学术经验、促进中医耳鼻咽喉学科的发展提供借鉴和启示.
Abstract
Through the study of the academic thought and clinical experience of TCM master,Professor Gan Zuwang,this paper summarizes and generalizes the formation background and theoretical connotation of Gan's academic thoughts on TCM otolaryngology,including the"mediator"theory,"five diagnosis and ten principles"theory,"imitation of the inner classic"theory,the creation of two new diseases,"excessive nasal discharge"and"laryngeal cough",the"spleen and stomach theory"of otolaryngology,and the first pro-posal of the"ten essentials of syndrome differentiation"and"nine methods of phlegm treatment"for otorhinolaryngological oral mucosa disease.The paper expounds the academic achievements and outstanding contributions of Professor Gan Zuwang in the field of TCM o-tolaryngology from the perspectives of holistic concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment,local syndrome differentiation of otolar-yngology and other aspects of TCM otolaryngology diagnosis and treatment ideas and technical innovations,providing reference and in-spiration for better inheritance of the academic experience of famous veteran TCM practitioners and the promotion of TCM otolaryngology development.
