摘要

传统中医望形态判断通常依赖于医生的主观认知和经验累积,客观性不足,如何实现中医望诊客观化对于疾病诊断、疗效评估具有重要作用.随着计算机视觉技术发展,形态特征提取方法在中医望诊领域具有广泛的应用,通过对中医望诊形态特征提取方法的研究可以进一步提高中医望诊的客观性和准确性.文章对面、舌和全身形态特征含义和作用进行了系统性的梳理,提出了中医望诊形态特征提取方法的研究思路,分析总结中医望诊形态特征提取方法,以期为中医望诊智能化研究提供参考.

Abstract

The judgment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)morphology typically relies on the subjective cognition and experi-ential knowledge of doctors,which lacks objectivity.Enhancing the objectification of TCM inspection is crucial for disease diagnosis and efficacy evaluation.With advancements in computer vision technology,morphological feature extraction methods have been exten-sively applied in the field of TCM inspection.Through research on these methods,the objectivity and accuracy of TCM inspection can be further enhanced.This paper systematically organizes the meaning and role of facial,tongue and full-body morphological features,puts forward the research idea of the extraction method of morphological features of TCM inspection,analyzes and summarizes the ex-traction method of morphological features of TCM inspection,in order to provide reference for the intelligent research of TCM inspec-tion.
