用于食品金属包装的水基改性环氧纳米SiO2复合涂料的制备及性能研究

对食品金属包装内涂料所采用的环氧树脂涂料进行了改性研究.采用化学接枝改性法改性环氧树脂使其水基化,并添加不同配比的纳米SiO2制备复合涂料,通过正交试验和单因素实验确定了制备水基改性纳米复合涂料的最佳工艺条件.当固化剂乙二胺用量为10%、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)4%、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)2%、反应温度50℃、反应时间40 min以及纳米SiO2添加量为8%时,所制备的水基改性环氧纳米复合涂料的综合性能良好.同时采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜及多种国家标准对其性能进行表征和检测,结果表明,所制备的复合涂料,涂膜有较好耐水、耐酸碱和防腐性能,其冲击强度45 kg·cm、附着力0级.
Preparation and Properties of Waterborne Epoxy Resin Nano-SiO2-composite Coating Using in Food Metal Packaging
The epoxy coatings for food in the coating of metal packaging were modified.The epoxy resins were modified by chemical grafting modification method to make it water-based.Different proportions of nano-SiO2 were added to prepare compostie coatings.The optimal conditions for preparing a nanocomposite modified water-based epoxy coating were ascertained by orthogonal test and single factor experiment.The prepared nanocomposite-modified waterborne epoxy coating has good comprehensive properties when the dosage of curing agent 1,2-ethylenediamine is 10%, methacrylic acid (MAA) 4%, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) 2%, SiO2 8% under 50 ℃ and reaction time of 40 min.Furthermore, the samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and a variety of national standards.Results showed that the prepared composite coating has good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and the anticorrosion performance.Its impact strength is 45 kg·cm and adhesion strength is 0 grade.
