Molecular Mechanism of NAA10-CDYL1 Promoting Proliferation of Colorectal Cancer
Primary colorectal cancer is a particularlyaggressive malignancy, and the precise molecular underpinnings remain elusive.Hence, exploring the link between altered gene functions and colon cancer possesses crucial theoretical and clinical implications for understanding metastasis, devising effective medica-tions,and predicting prognosis, thereby enhancing China's colon cancer therapy.Studies indicate that CDYL1 is implicated in the progression of diverse cancers;however, there are no published studies involv-ing colorectal cancer.Consequently, unraveling CDYL1 steady-state regulatory mechanism holds significant theoretical import and potential clinical value in elucidating its role in the genesis and progression of cancers like colon cancer. This research aims to examine the function of CDYL1b in colon cancer and clarify the molecular pathway by which CDYL1b influences the growth of colon cancer cells.Simultaneously,in colon cancer cells, nude mouse tumor models, the expression of NAA10 protein modulates the homeostasis of CDYL1b and impinges on the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of colon cancer cells, illustrating po-tential therapeutic utility of NAA10 in managing colon cancer due to altered expression of CDYL1b.
