近年来金属有机框架材料(Metal-Organic Frameworks,MOFs)是各研究领域的研究热点,因其多孔、比表面积大及其可调的孔径,易于进行结构修饰,MOFs在吸附分离领域多有应用.使用不同的载体对水体中的罗丹明B(RhB)进行吸附实验,尽可能提高对RhB的吸附率,可大大减少水体中RhB的含量,从而降低其危害性.本研究以均苯四酸官能化的UiO-66-(COOH)2为载体,使用甘氨酸(Gly)和谷氨酸(Glu)对其进行修饰,采用单一变量法改变萃取条件对罗丹明B进行萃取,并运用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)进行表征,采用荧光分光光度法研究其吸附罗丹明B的能力.
Studies on Extraction of Rhodamine B by Amino Acid Modified Zirconium MOFs
Metal-organic Frameworks(MOFs)have been the focus of research in various fields in re-cent years.Due to their porous,large specific surface area and adjustable pore size,their structures are easy to be modified,and they are widely used in the field of adsorption and separation.Using different carriers to carry out adsorption experiments on RhB in water,to improve the adsorption rate of RhB as much as possible,can greatly reduce the content of RhB in water,so as to reduce its harmfulness.In this paper,pyromellitic acid functionalized UiO-66-(COOH)2 was used as the carrier,and it was modified by glycine(Gly)and glutamic acid(Glu).Rhodamine B was extracted by changing the extraction conditions by single variable method,characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)and infrared spectrum(IR),and its adsorption capacity for Rhodamine B was studied by fluorescence spectrophotometry.
