With the development of direct time of flight(DToF)detecting sensor, data of sensor needed to transmitted at high speed and low power consumption.A low-voltage differential signaling(LVDS)driver circuit for DToF is designed. The circuit works at 1.8 V,with an output voltage swing of 350 mV over an reference voltage of 0.9 V.Post-layout simulation of the circuit has completed in 40 nm CMOS process with Cadence Spectre.Simulation results show that:under different comers, temperature and supply voltage, transmission rate all reach 5 Gbps, the max jitter is 24 ps,the max power consumption is 30.6 mW.The design achieve high speed and low power transmission of data.
