近年来,角烯环氧化酶(SQLE)在几种癌症中的作用越来越受到关注.然而,它在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)肿瘤进展中的功能作用仍不清楚.本研究进行了生物信息学分析和相关实验来探究SQLE介导的HNSCC恶性肿瘤的潜在机制.结果表明,与癌旁样本相比,肿瘤样本中的SQLE明显上调.机制上,SQLE上调可能导致HNSCC中PI3K-AKT信号通路激活.此外,SQLE促进了 HNSCC细胞的增殖、抗凋亡.研究结果表明,SQLE在HNSCC进展中起着至关重要的作用,为SQLE作为HNSCC潜在的治疗靶点提供了研究证据.
Study on the Role of SQLE in Regulating the Proliferation of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cells via AKT
Recently,the interest in the role of keratinocyte cyclooxidase(SQLE)in cancer has been in-tensified,particularly its effect on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)progression.Bioinformatic and experimental findings suggest that SQLE is significantly elevated in tumors relative to adjacent tissues.This upregulation may stimulate the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in HNSCC.Furthermore,SQLE stimulates cell proliferation and inhibits apoptosis in HNSCC cells.These findings underscore the critical role of SQLE in HNSCC progression,suggesting it as a potential therapeutic target for this disease.
