数字技术如何助力供应链碳减排——基于国网浙江电力的案例研究

全球气候变暖问题加剧,数字技术被认为是数字经济时代推动经济社会碳减排的关键抓手.本文从数字网络赋能的商业创新循环(NEBIC)理论视角出发,以国网浙江电力为研究对象,探究了数字技术助推供应链碳减排的过程机制及数字技术发挥的独特作用.研究发现,数字技术通过协助识别供应链数字化运营网络、动员数字化关系网络、聚合数字化知识网络和促成数字化价值网络这四个环节来助推供应链碳减排.本文提炼了数字技术推动供应链碳减排机制的理论模型,洞察了数字技术在推进供应链碳减排过程中所发挥的反映赋能和能动使能的独特双重作用,明晰了数字技术对供应链多方关系形态重构的影响,以及对供应链碳减排知识外溢和信用外溢的关键作用.本文深化了碳中和愿景下数字技术对供应链碳减排的作用机制的探索.
How Does Digital Technology Promote Supply Chain Carbon Emission Reduction?A Case Study Based on State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.
The issue of global climate change is intensifying.Digital technology is considered a key lever in promoting carbon reduction in the digital economy era.From the perspective of net-enabled business innovation cycle(NEBIC)theory,this paper takes State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and explores the process mechanism of digital technology boosting supply chain carbon emission reduction and the unique role dig-ital technology playing.It is found that digital technology helps to promote supply chain carbon emission reduction by helping to identify the supply chain digital operation network,mobilize the digital relationship network,aggregate the digital knowledge net-work and promote the digital value network.This paper extracts a theoretical model of digital technology promoting supply chain carbon reduction mechanisms.It has an insight into the dual roles of reflective enabling and initiative empowering of digital technology in promoting supply chain carbon emission reduction.It also clar-ifies the impact of digital technology on the reconstruction of the multi-party relationship of the supply chain,as well as the key role of digital technology in the process of supply chain carbon emission reduction knowledge spillover and credit spillover.The theoretical contributions of this paper mainly include three aspects.Firstly,this paper analyzes the unique dual role and process of digital tech-nology in promoting supply chain carbon reduction.Secondly,this paper provides insights into the impact of digital technology on the reconstruction of multi-party relationships in the process of supply chain carbon reduction.Thirdly,this paper also reveals the key role of digital technology in the knowledge spillover and credit spillover of supply chain carbon reduction.This paper deepens the explora-tion of the mechanism of digital technology promoting supply chain carbon emission reduction under the carbon neutral vision.As a fundamental industry in the country,the low-carbon transformation of the power industry is the key to achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.This paper takes State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.as the case study object,and conducts an in-depth analysis of its vivid practice of using digital technology to promote supply chain carbon reduction.The research conclusions have certain implications for future low-carbon supply chain man-agement practices.
