花开并蒂:人与AI协同的场景化产品开发机会识别案例研究

在数字经济背景下,如何有效识别出满足用户个性化场景需求的产品开发机会,既是理论前沿问题,也是实践难题.本研究以美的集团利用AI协同开发生活电器产品为例,回答两个问题:人与AI协同识别场景化产品开发机会的过程机制是什么?这一过程机制反映的机会识别逻辑是什么?本研究发现:(1)人与AI协同的场景化产品开发机会识别过程由全场景机会洞察、焦点场景机会发现和个性化场景机会创造三个阶段构成;(2)与以人为单一主体的机会识别逻辑不同,人与AI协同的场景化产品开发机会识别是协同互补逻辑.该逻辑通过经验与数据的动态交互与持续验证,既规避了仅凭经验判断的草率创新,也克服了仅由数据决策的欠完备.据此,本研究构建了人与AI协同的场景化产品开发机会识别模型,并提出数字经济时代人与AI协同的场景化产品开发机会识别的协同互补逻辑,形成理论创新.同时,本文结论对数字经济时代企业高效识别产品开发机会具有启示价值.
Flowers Bloom Together:A Case Study of Scenar-io-based Product Development Opportunity Identifica-tion for Human-AI Collaboration
With the complexity and variability of user needs and the dynamic diversity of scenarios,enterprises hope to create orig-inal products while also efficiently matching the heterogeneous needs of users.Balancing the two is a huge challenge for product innovation.How to effectively identify the product development op-portunities catering to users'individuation scenario-based demands is a theoretical frontier problem as well as a practical challenge in the era of digital economy.This study draws on the case of Midea that utilizes the synergy of AI to develop household appliance to an-swer two questions:What is the process mechanism of human and AI collaboration to identify the scenario-based product develop-ment opportunity?What is the underlying logic of the opportunity identification reflected by this process mechanism?The research shows that:(1)The collaborative scenario opportunity identification process between humans and AI consists of three stages,namely,comprehensive scenario opportunity insight,focused scenario opportunity discovery,and personalized scenario opportunity cre-ation.The corresponding opportunity identification mechanisms for the above three stages are the scenario knowledge collaboration processing mechanism,the scenario solution collaboration screen-ing mechanism,and the scenario opportunity collaboration co-cre-ation mechanism.Through these mechanisms,the convergence of the matching relationship between users,scenarios,and needs is continuously promoted.(2)Different from the opportunity identifi-cation logic based solely on humans,the collaborative opportunity identification between humans and AI is a synergistic complemen-tary logic.Through the dynamic interaction and continuous verifi-cation between experience and data,this logic not only avoids hasty innovation based solely on experience but overcomes the incom-pleteness of decision-making driven solely by data.Accordingly,this study constructs the model of human and AI collaboration for scenario-based product development opportunity identification and proposes its synergistic complementary logic in the era of digital economy,which constitutes theoretical innovation.Simultaneously,the conclusions of this study are highly worthy of enlightenment for enterprises to identify product development opportunities effective-ly in the era of digital economy.
