A Study of the Collaborative Governance Path of C2B Digital Intelligent Customization for Realizing Value Co-creation
The report of the 20th Party Congress pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the development of the digital econo-my and promote the deep integration of the digital economy with the real economy.The successful implementation of C2B digital intelligent customization by Kutesmart has explored the path for the implementation of the Party central committee's"digital-sub-stantive integration"strategy.For the research topic of C2B digital intelligent customization transformation,collaborative governance provides a suitable theoretical perspective.For this reason,the col-laborative governance path of C2B digital intelligent customization for realizing value co-creation has become the focus of researchers.This paper selects the C2B digital intelligent customization prac-ticed by Kutesmart for single-case exploration,which is located at"how C2B digital intelligent customization uses big data to em-power collaborative governance for promoting value co-creation",and the research focuses on three aspects.Firstly,how to innovate the collaborative governance mode of C2B digital intelligent cus-tomization empowered by big data.Secondly,how to construct a model of collaborative governance process model for realizing val-ue co-creation.Third,how to examine the linkages among big data empowerment,collaborative governance,and value co-creation in C2B digital intelligent customization model,and then open the big data-driven black box of C2B digital intelligent customization.The main research conclusions drawn in this paper are as follows.First,in the stage of factory transformation,enterprises aim for matching factory supply and demand,and innovate the C2B digital intelligent customization content collaborative governance model empowered by big database connection,which can enhance the con-tent collaborative governance capability,thus effectively regulating the content imbalance between demand and supply and promoting the factory connection value co-creation.Second,in the supply chain transformation stage,enterprises aim for dynamic coopetition in the supply chain,and innovate the C2B digital intelligent cus-tomized relationship collaborative governance model empowered by big data chain linkage,which can enhance the relationship collab-orative governance capability,thereby effectively coordinating the relationship opposition between competition and cooperation,and promoting the supply chain linkage value co-creation.Third,in the ecological transformation stage,enterprises aim for ecological col-laboration and symbiosis,and innovate the C2B digital intelligence customized conceptual collaborative governance model empowered by the big data network alliance,which can enhance the conceptual collaborative governance capability,thus effectively resolving the conceptual conflict between the supply chain's individualism and collectivism for transforming other enterprises and promoting the ecological alliance value co-creation.Fourth,corresponding to the three transformation stages of"factory → supply chain → ecology"of C2B digital intelligent customization,the enterprise collabora-tive governance goal has experienced the dynamic leap of"factory supply and demand matching → supply chain dynamic coopetition →ecological collaboration and symbiosis".Under the guidance of collaborative governance goal,enterprises sequentially"establish big database and shape data connection capability → establish big data chain and shape data linkage capability → establish big data network and shape data alliance capability",respectively empow-ering"factory content collaborative governance → supply chain relationship collaborative governance → ecological conception col-laborative governance",which can promote the gradual realization of"factory connection value co-creation → supply chain linkage value co-creation → ecological alliance value co-creation".In this process,the realization of value co-creation has gone through the it-eration from"point"to"chain",and then from"chain"to"network".The realization and iteration of value co-creation has driven the suc-cessive expansion of the C2B digital intelligent customization along the path of"depth →breadth → sustainability",and ultimately driven the development of the C2B digital intelligent customization industry.The theoretical contributions of this paper are as follows.First,the discussion of collaborative governance model innovation in the C2B digital intelligent customization scenario can contribute to the theoretical gap caused by the insufficient consideration of the new context of collaborative governance and the innovation of collab-orative governance model in C2B digital intelligent customization in the existing literature,which enriches the literature in the field of collaborative governance.Secondly,this paper constructs a C2B digital intelligence customized collaborative governance process model for realizing value co-creation,and uses value co-creation to examine the effectiveness of collaborative governance,thereby re-vealing the mechanism of value co-creation realization and contrib-uting to research literature on value co-creation.Third,aimed at the three transformation stages of"factory → supply chain → ecology"of C2B digital intelligent customization,this paper comprehensively examines the big data-driven mechanism of C2B digital intelligent customization,which contributes to the literature in the research field of big data management.The management inspirations of this paper are as follow.First,in order to promote C2B digital intelli-gent customization transformation,enterprises should build B-end and C-end digital intelligence systems,and should rely on the C2B digital intelligent customization platform to build a collaborative governance system that can realize value co-creation.Second,the government should introduce the"Industrialization of Digital"and"Digitization of Industries"policies to encourage leading enter-prises to share C2B digital intelligent customization solutions and traditional enterprises to implement C2B digital intelligent customi-zation transformation.The case firm selected in this paper is a clothing company with a high degree of digital intelligence and a relatively successful trans-formation,and there are limitations to the generalizability of the study's conclusions.Future research may consider dual or multiple case studies to examine the applicability of the findings.In addition,this paper is committed to expanding the theory of collaborative governance under the C2B digital intelligent customization mod-el,but there are deficiencies in the exploration for the C2B digital intelligent customization models.The evolution and classification of C2B Digital Intelligent Customization models can be further ex-plored in the future.
