Patterns and Mechanisms for Enhancing the Endogenous Power of China's Domestic Great Circulation with Urban Circulation Capacity in the New Development Pattern
"Enhancing the endogenous power of China's domestic great circulation"is one of the major requirements for the construction of the new development pattern under the new situation and new conditions.This paper puts forward the research framework of"city node-city cluster-flow relationship flow-two-way circulation network",and measures the characteristic facts of urban demand and supply by urban circulation capacity,and uses input-output table with social network method to portray the China's domestic great circulation network,and explores the pattern and role of enhancing the endogenous power of the China's domestic great circulation by the urban circulation capacity.The study finds that:firstly,the urban circulation capacity in the sample period faces the triple structural dilemma of poor linkage,insufficient balance and weak coordination;secondly,to solve the triple structural dilemma,it is necessary to recognize the role of cities as brokers and their linkage patterns in the domestic great network.Poor linkage is due to fewer liaisons,lack of balance is due to fewer coordinators,and poor coordination is due to fewer gatekeepers and liaisons;thirdly,on the basis of the above linkage model,this paper empirically explores the pattern and mechanism of enhancing the endogenous poewer of the do-mestic great circulation by using the exponential random graph model from the perspectives of endogeneity of urban circulation capacity,duality of network structure power,and heterogene-ity of the role of brokers.This paper is of great significance for how to enhance the endogenous dynamics of the domestic great circulation from the city level and help the construction of the new development pattern.
