The Economic Operation Mechanism of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics from the Perspective of Calculation
From the perspective of computational horizon,the competition of different eco-nomic operation mechanisms is the competition of different data processing and algorithm system operation efficiency.This paper points out that the market mechanism is a feedback neural net-work system with competitive coordination rules and time delay.It aims at maximizing profits,and has the characteristics of distributed storage,parallel processing,data-driven,nonlinear dynamics,self-organization and other defects such as black box,Matthew effect and instability.The market mechanism guided by the government is a knowledge-guided feedback neural net-work with competitive coordination rules and time delay.It combines knowledge-based logical reasoning with data-based neural networks,which is expected to give full play to the advantages of the market economy and avoid the disadvantages of the market economy.This paper gives the conditions for the organic combination of a promising government and an effective market.Based on this analysis,it points out that we should adhere to the people-centered principle to ensure the unity of the goal,link mechanism and feedback mechanism of the neural network system,the reform and opening up has expanded the scale of the market network and increased the freedom of circulation of the existing links,seeking truth from facts has ensured the trial and error,correction,iteration and optimization of the economic operation mechanism of socialism with Chinese characteristics through the organic combination of knowledge,data and testing,promoted the government guidance and market economy symbiosis and co-evolution,thus pro-moting the sustained,rapid and healthy development of China's economy.
