Objective:To analyze the status quo and fairness of nursing human resources allocation in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2015 to 2019,and to provide basis for optimizing the allocation of nursing human resources in the Corps.Methods:Using the data of Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Statistical Yearbook,the status quo of registered nurses in Xinjiang and Corps was analyzed descriptively,and Lorentz curve,Gini coefficient and Theil index were used for fairness analysis.Results:The overall number of nursing human resources in the Corps increased from 2015 to 2019,but the growth trend was slow,and there were great differences in the allocation of nursing human resources in different regions,and the allocation of resources was unbalanced.In addition,in terms of the equity of nursing human resources allocation,the equity based on population distribution is better than that based on geographical area and economic distribution.Conclusion:The total nursing human resources of the corps increased steadily,but the allocation still needs to be further optimized.
