摘要
目的:调查并分析2型糖尿病患者的二元应对现状及影响因素.方法:便利抽样于2021年10月-2022年7月就诊于石河子市两所三甲医院内分泌科的329对T2DM患者及其配偶,采用一般资料调查表、二元应对问卷、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适量表、糖尿病自我管理行为量表、一般自我效能量表进行问卷调查.结果:(1)T2DM患者二元应对总分(120.02±20.47),居中等水平.(2)T2DM患者二元应对与患者婚姻质量、自我管理及配偶自我效能、二元应对间存在显著正相关(均P＜0.01).(3)多元线性回归结果示:患者的性别、文化程度、工作情况、合并症、自我管理、婚姻质量及配偶的自我效能、二元应对为T2DM患者二元应对的影响因素.结论:T2DM住院患者二元应对水平总体处于中等,应关注男性、低学历、退休、自我管理及婚姻质量低、配偶二元应对水平低的T2DM患者,提升其二元应对水平,促进疾病管理.
Abstract
Objective:To find out the current situation and influencing factors of dyadic coping of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:convenience sampling method was used to survey 329 pairs of inpatients with T2DM and their spouses from October 2021 to July 2022,using general information questionnaire,the Dyadic Coping Inventory,the Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities scale,the General Self-Efficacy Scale and the Locke-Wallace Marriage Adjustment Test.Results:(1)With the total dyadic coping score of T2DM patients(120.02±20.47),at a medium level.(2)Correlation analysis:patient dyadic coping was significantly positively associated with patient marital quality,patient self-management,spouse self-efficacy,spouse marital quality,and spouse dyadic coping(all P＜0.01);(3)Multiple linear regression results:the eight factors of patient's gender,education level,work status,comorbidity,self-management,marital quality and spouse's self-efficacy and dyadic coping were the influencing factors of dyadic coping of T2DM patients.Conclusion:Inpatients with T2DM have an overall moderate level of dyadic coping,and attention should be paid to T2DM patients who are male,have low education,are retired,have low self-management and marital quality,and have low spousal daydic coping levels to focus on their mental health,and promote disease management.
