Objective:To investigate the influence of weight gain status on anxiety in pregnant women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM),and the mediating role of Vitamin D(VitD)level between weight gain status and anxiety in pregnant women with GDM.Methods:On the day of glucose tolerance test, the height and weight of pregnant women were measured by standard height and weight meter.General information and pregnancy-related anxiety were collected by questionnaire survey.Serum 25(OH)D3 was used to assess VitD level in vivo.Their weight status was collected through the obstetrical registry and electronic medical record information syste. Results:The detection rate of anxiety in pregnant women with GDM was 27.09%.Partial correlation analysis showed that weight gain in GDM pregnant women was positively correlated with anxiety(r=2.981,P<0.001),negatively correlated with VitD level(r=-2.894,P<0.001),and VitD level was positively correlated with anxiety(r=-0.164,P<0.001).The results of mediating effect analysis showed that VitD level played a partial mediating effect between excessive weight gain and anxiety in pregnant women with GDM,and the relative mediating effect size was 14.48%.Conclusions:The detection rate of anxiety in GDM pregnant women is high, and VitD level plays a partial mediating effect between weight gain and anxiety in GDM pregnant women.
