Objective:To study the teaching effect of Teachers Standardized Patient(TSP)Combined Case-Based Learning(CBL)in the standardization training of orthopedist.Methods:60 students worked in our hospital between July 2020 and July 2022 were selected as the subjects of the study,and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The observation group adopted the teaching mode of TSP combined CBL,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,the performance differences between the two groups of students in the theoretical knowledge,clinical analysis and the clinical practice ability of the orthopedics were compared,and the satisfaction survey of the students by adopting the model of the questionnaire were carried out.Results:The performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group in score of traditional theoretical knowledge of general surgery,clinical skill and clinical case analysis(P<0.05).The questionnaire shows that the students generally agree that the TSP combined CBL group can increase the interest of learning,the active atmosphere,improve the clinical practice ability,enhance the team cooperation ability,enhance the communication ability.Conclusion:The teaching model of TSP Combined CBL can improve the clinical teaching effect,it is better for orthopedist.
