社区养老与机构养老模式下老年人睡眠及衰弱状况的比较分析

摘要
目的:本研究拟通过对社区及养老机构老年群体开展调查,分析不同养老模式下老年群体睡眠及衰弱状况的差异,以期为分析养老服务体系及优化养老模式提供借鉴参考.方法:于2022年03月至09月期间便利选取某三所南阳市民办养老机构入住的100例老年人及南阳市某社区100例老年人进行量性调研.结果:社区老年人与机构养老老年人睡眠质量(t=-1.395,P=0.008)和睡眠时间(t=-0.102,P＜0.001)对比显示差异具有统计学意义.社区老年人与机构养老老年人衰弱的生理维度对比显示差异不具有统计学意义(t=-0.335,P=0.053),但结果属于临界状态,养老机构衰弱总分及生理维度得分稍低于社区老年人.结论:本研究通过对不同居住方式的老年群体开展睡眠与衰弱状况的现状调查,探讨老年人的睡眠与衰弱水平,结果显示不同养老模式下老年人的睡眠及衰弱状况差异性不大,本研究结果可为优化老年人健康管理中的服务内容及增强获得感提供理论支撑,建议优化老年人养老服务体系,为缓解家庭及社会养老问题提供多种养老模式.
Abstract
Objective:This study was intended to analyze the differences of sleep and debilitating status of the elderly under different pension modes by investigating the elderly at home and in pension institutions,with a view to providing reference for the analysis of pension service system and optimization of pension mode.Method:From March 2022 to September 2022,the descriptive research method was used to conduct quantitative research on 100 elderly people living in private elderly care institutions in Nanyang City and 100 elderly people living in a community.Results:The comparison of sleep quality(t=-1.395,P=0.008)and sleep time(t=-0.102,P＜0.001)between the elderly living at home and those living in institutions showed that there were significant differences.The comparison of the physical dimensions of aging between the elderly at home and those in institutional care shows that there is no statistically significant difference(t=-0.335,P=0.053),but the result is critical,and the total score of aging institutions and the score of physical dimensions are slightly lower than those of the elderly at home.Conclusion:This study explored the sleep and asthenia level of the elderly by investigating the status quo of sleep and asthenia among the elderly living in different ways.The results showed that there was little difference in the sleep and asthenia of the elderly under different pension modes.The results of this study could provide theoretical support for optimizing the service content in the health management of the elderly and enhancing their sense of gain.It was suggested to optimize the elderly care service system,To provide a variety of pension models to alleviate the problem of family and social pension.
