摘要
长链非编码RNA浆细胞瘤变异易位体1(Long Non-Coding Ribonucleic Acid Plasmacytoma Variant Translocation 1,LncRNA PVT1)是一种在多种肿瘤中异常表达的LncRNA,与肿瘤的发生、侵袭、患者预后等密切相关.近年来,越来越多的研究表明LncRNA PVT1在胃癌中发挥重要作用.本文将聚焦于LncRNA PVT1在胃癌发生发展及治疗过程中的最新研究进展,探讨并展望其在胃癌的发展及治疗中的价值与可能性.
Abstract
Long-chain non-coding ribonucleotide plasmacytoma variant translocation 1(LncRNA PVT1)is a kind of LncRNA aberrantly expressed in various tumors and is intimately involved in tumor initiation,invasion,and prognosis of patients.In recent years,accumulating evidence has demonstrated that LncRNA PVT1 plays a pivotal role in the gastric cancer.This review summarized the latest research advances of LncRNA PVT1 in the gastric cancer.It also explored and prospected its potential value and feasibility in the development and treatment of the gastric cancer.
