Objective:To analyze the expression and prognostic value of IDH1 and ATRX in pan-cancer and gliomas using bioinformatics technology, and explore their relationship with immune infiltration. Methods:Download data for 33 types of tumors from the Cancer Genome Atlas program database in the UCSC Xena database, analyze the expression and prognostic value of IDH1 and ATRX in the 33 types of tumors.Utilize the TISIDB database to calculate immune infiltration abundance, analyze the expression of IDH1 and ATRX in gliomas and their correlation with prognosis.Results:IDH1 and ATRX are highly expressed in multiple tumors, and are associated with immune infiltration.Meanwhile, the expression of IDH1 and ATRX in gliomas varies and is significantly correlated with survival rate.Conclusion:IDH1 and ATRX can serve as biomarkers for the survival, prognosis, and immune infiltration of gliomas, providing new insights into the treatment of gliomas.
