Objective:To systematically evaluate the risk factors of pneumonia in patients with acute ischemic stroke and provide scientific basis for effective prevention of pneumonia in with acute ischemic stroke from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022 were patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods:Studies on risk factors of pneumonia in patients searched from CNKI,VIP,WanFang database,CBM,Pubmed,Embase, the Cochrane Library.Quality of literatures was evaluated by Newcastle-Ottawascale,Meta-analysis was performed by Stata12.0 and Revman5.3.Results:A total of 14 studies with 4241312 cases were included in analysis.Meta-analysis results showed that hemorrhagic transformation[OR=3.12,95%CI(2.33~4.18),P<0.001],COPD[OR=3.62,95%CI(1.29~10.20),P=0.01],nasogastric support[OR=24.69,95%CI(4.16~146.34),P<0.001],massive cerebral infarction[OR=4.34,95%CI(1.37~13.71),P=0.01],atrial fibrillation[OR=3.62,95%CI(3.07~4.26),P<0.001],dysphagia[OR=8.13,95%CI(3.91~16.89),P<0.001],consciousness disorder[OR=9.04,95%CI(3.10~26.37),P<0.001]were risk factors for pneumonia in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Conclusion:There are multiple risk factors of pneumonia in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Early identification of the risk factors and implementation of prevention measures may reduce the incidence of pneumonia in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
