Objective:To investigate the quality of life and its related risk factors in patients with chronic sinusitis(CS).Methods:A total of 82 CS patients admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The Quality of Life Assessment Scale(SF-36)was used to assess the quality of life level,and the baseline data of the patients were collected to compare the quality of life level of the CS patients with different characteristics,and to analyze the risk factors affecting their quality of life level.Results:The mean SF-36 score of 82 CS patients was(68.32±5.17);The SF-36 scores of CS patients with different family monthly income,age,SAS score,sleep quality and SDS score were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);By linear regression analysis,the results showed that age ≥60 years old,family monthly income＜3500 yuan,SAS score ≥50 points,SDS score ≥53 points,poor sleep quality were the influencing factors of CS patients'quality of life(P＜0.05).Conclusions:CS patients have an average level of quality of life,which may be related to factors such as age,monthly household income,anxiety,depression and sleep quality.
