Objective:The results of external pathological consultation were analyzed to provide evidence for the quality control of pathological diagnosis in primary hospitals.Methods:482 cases of external pathological consultation in our hospital in 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the relevant information such as the hospital,the number of cases,the proportion and the coincidence rate of consultation results were analyzed.Results:Among the 482 exceptional cases,the hospital of the 9th Division of the XPCC was the main hospital,followed by the 948 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army and Shihezi People's Hospital.Diseases of the digestive system topped the list,followed by diseases of the female reproductive system and breast.Among all diseases,breast invasive ductal carcinoma was the most common,followed by gastric adenocarcinoma and cervical CIN.In the diagnosis of specific diseases in each system,the inconsistent rate of lymphoma and pneumonia was higher.Conclusion:The level of pathological diagnosis of lymphoma,pneumonia and other diseases should be improved and strengthened in the basic pathology department.
