Study of multi-level co-education and co-management model in the training of agricultural extension master students
The professional master of agricultural colleges and universities has become an integral compo-nent of China's postgraduate education system,shouldering the crucial mission of promoting agricultural moderni-zation and rural development.As a case study of the professional masters in grass science at Inner Mongolia Agri-cultural University,this paper proposed a multi-level co-education and co-management model for cultivating agri-cultural professional masters,focusing on optimizing the joint training system,reforming the training management mode and concept,as well as enhancing the quality management mechanism that integrates production and edu-cation.The training outcomes of agricultural professional masters under this multi-level co-education and co-man-agement model from three perspectives:postgraduate training,entrepreneurship and employment,as well as so-cial services were summarized.It provided valuable insights for reforming the cultivation approach of agricultural professional masters in colleges and universities while serving as a reference for fostering innovation in this field.
