With the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture in China,strengthening the support of talents has become the main theme of the new era,and the cultivation of high-level,applied and compound talents needed in the field of agricultural industry has become the strategic task of postgraduate education.There-fore,how to cultivate'sophisticated'grass graduate students to meet the needs of the country has become an ur-gent problem to be solved.Based on the background of the development of new agricultural science,this paper discussed the importance of cultivating high-quality talents in pratacultural science and some thoughts from four aspects:strengthening the construction of pratacultural teaching materials,building collaborative innovation base of the cultivation of pratacultural talents,promoting the mode of pratacultural science and technology courtyards,and improving the guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of pratacultural talents,in order to promote the reform and exploration of the cultivation mode of pratacultural postgraduates,strengthen the construction of pratacultural disciplines,and realize the connotative development of pratacultural higher education.
