混合青贮饲料及其在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要
混合青贮是将 2 种或者 2 种以上青贮原料混合在密闭的青贮容器中,在厌氧条件下主要依赖乳酸菌大量繁殖,产生乳酸降低pH值抑制有害菌群生长,从而保存青贮原料营养物质的过程.混合青贮饲料利用原料间营养成分互补性及微生物群落动态变化的作用获得营养丰富的青贮饲料,进而可以改善反刍动物瘤胃降解率,以提高反刍动物的生产性能和可持续发展水平.本文综述了混合青贮饲料的调制方式及其发酵品质、混合青贮微生物群落结构和混合青贮饲料在反刍动物生产中的应用,为优质混合青贮饲料的加工调制与应用提供参考.
Abstract
Mixed silage is a process of mixing two or more silage raw materials in closed silage containers,mainly relying on lactic acid bacteria under anaerobic conditions,producing lactic acid to reduce pH and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria,so as to preserve the nutrients of silage raw materials.Mixed silage can obtain nu-trient-rich silage by utilizing the complementarity of nutrients among raw materials and dynamic changes of mi-crobial community,which can improve rumen degradation rate of ruminants,so as to improve production per-formance and sustainable development level of ruminants.The modulation mode of mixed silage and its fermenta-tion quality,the microbial community structure of mixed silage and the application of mixed silage in the produc-tion of ruminants were reviewed in this paper,which provided reference for the preparation and application of high quality mixed silage.
