干旱胁迫对冰草幼苗生理的影响

摘要
本文采用盆栽幼苗培育法,在干旱胁迫处理下分析了 3 种冰草幼苗的丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、叶绿素、过氧化物酶、相对电导率和过氧化氢酶的变化情况.结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度加剧,3 种冰草幼苗的丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、相对电导率和过氧化氢酶均呈现上升趋势,而叶绿素呈现下降的趋势,过氧化物酶则表现出先降后升的变化.运用相关性分析及隶属函数法评价冰草幼苗期抗旱性,最终得出冰草抗旱能力强弱依次为:杜尔伯特扁穗冰草>蒙古冰草>扁穗冰草.此研究为牧草抗旱性鉴定及旱区退化草地治理提供参考.
Abstract
The changes of malondialdehyde,free proline,chlorophyll,peroxidase,relative electrical con-ductivity and catalase of 3 varieties of Agropyron cristatum seedlings were analyzed by pot seedling cultivation un-der drought stress.The results showed that malondialdehyde,free proline,relative electrical conductivity and catalase increased with the intensities of drought stress,while the chlorophyll decreased,and peroxidase de-creased first and then increased.Correlation analysis and membership function method were used to evaluate the drought stress of Agropyron cristatum seedlings.The order of drought tolerance of Agropyron cristatum was:Agro-pyron cristatum(L.)Gaertn.cv.Duerbote>Agropyron mongolicum Keng>Agropyron cristatum(L.)Gaertn.This study provided reference for identification of drought resistance of forage and management of degraded grass-land in arid regions.
