Investigation report on grassland locust species and their distribution in Baotou
Through the grassland pest survey project carried out in the whole city,the species and distribu-tion range of grassland locusts were systematically investigated,analyzed and studied,and the species of grass-land locusts in Baotou city,as well as the distribution situation and characteristics of grassland in various banner counties in Baotou were basically found out by combining the monitoring situation and consulting data over the years.The results of the survey on the species and distribution of grassland locusts were of great practical signifi-cance for the prediction of the occurrence trend of grassland locusts and the formulation of effective control strate-gies,and can provide a theoretical basis for the monitoring and control of grassland locusts in Baotou.
