新农科背景下动物生产类专业创新型人才培养模式的研究——以内蒙古农业大学为例

摘要
新农科建设为地方高校动物生产类专业创新型人才培养模式提出诸多挑战,但同时也为动物生产类专业的发展创造了机遇.本文从人才培养方案修订、"双师双能型"师资队伍建设、专业课程体系优化、实践教学模式改革以及深化校企合作办学五个方面,进一步探索新农科背景下的创新型人才培养模式,以期全面提高学生的专业知识能力,提升毕业生的就业竞争力.
Abstract
The construction of new agricultural science poses many challenges to the cultivation mode of in-novative talents of animal production specialty in local universities,but it also creates opportunities for the devel-opment of animal production majors.Five aspects:the revision of talent training program,the construction of"double teachers and double abilities"teaching team,the optimization of professional curriculum system,the re-form of practical teaching mode and the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools were cov-ered in this paper,further explore the training mode of innovative talents under the background of new agricultur-al science,with a view to comprehensively improving students'professional knowledge and ability,improve the employment competitiveness of graduates.
