Spatial distribution of nutrients in forage grassland in Inner Mongolia
Using principal component analysis(PCA)and coefficient of variation statistical method, the nutrient data of natural grassland in 11 leagues/cities,50 banners/counties and 5 types of grassland in Inner Mongolia from 2011 to 2017 were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the nutrient content of natural forage in Inner Mongolia was 12.01% crude protein,3.16% ether extract,28.52% crude fiber,44.94% ni-trogen free extract,0.45% phosphorus and 0.58% calcium. The ether extract content of natural forage was the highest in Wuhai City and the lowest in Alxa League. The crude protein content was the highest in Wuhai City and the lowest in Bayannur City.Calcium content was the highest in Alxa League and the lowest in Baotou City.Phosphorus content was the highest in Hulunbuir City and the lowest in Alxa League. The crude fiber content was the highest in Hulunbuir city and the lowest in Wuhai City. The content of nitrogen-free extract was the highest in Hulunbuir city and the lowest in Alxa League. The ether extract content of natural forage was the high-est in Abaga Banner and the lowest in Wulagai. The crude protein content was the highest in Ewenki Banner and the lowest in Chenbarhu Banner.Calcium content was the highest in Xilinhot and the lowest in Aohan Banner. The phosphorus content was the highest in Xinbalhu Left Banner and the lowest in Aohan Banner. The crude fi-ber content was the highest in Erguna city and the lowest in Wuhai City. The highest nitrogen free extract was found in Ewenki Banner and the lowest was found in Huolingole City. The comprehensive evaluation of natural forage in Inner Mongolia showed that the comprehensive nutrient composition showed a decreasing trend from east to west. The comprehensive nutrient content of herbage of Xinbalhu Left Banner in Hulunbuir City was the high-est,that of Huolingole City in Tongliao City was the lowest, and the rest of the region was between the two.It provides scientific basis for rational utilization of grassland ecological resources and animal husbandry production services.
