Intrinsic logic and implementation path of grassland ecological compensation
Grassland is an important natural ecosystem in China and a vital component of the community of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,and grasslands.Grassland ecological compensation is an important in-stitutional arrangement to balance the relationship between grassland ecology and production,and plays an impor-tant role in the construction of grassland ecological civilization in China.This article systematically elaborated on the problems existing in China's grassland ecological compensation system,and proposed a series of key con-struction measures such as improving the legal system of grassland ecological compensation,constructing a diver-sified funding mechanism for grassland ecological compensation,moderately increasing the standards of grassland ecological compensation,clarifying grassland ownership,and strengthening grassland detection technology.These measures provided useful references for promoting the establishment and improvement of China's grassland ecological compensation system.
