Research Progress on Intelligent Diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease
Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder that alters the pathological fea-tures of the brain,potentially leading to irreversible cognitive decline.Currently,there is no cure for Alzheimefs disease.However,treatment primarily focuses on medication and non-pharmacological interventions to alleviate symptoms and delay disease progression.As a result,early detection and prediction of disease progression have become critical research priorities.Deep learning techniques are commonly utilized for early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.This paper reviews the research of early diagnosis and disease progression prediction of Alzheimer's disease by deep learning algo-rithms,from four aspects of biomarkers,online database,intelligent diagnostic methods and multi-modal image diagnosis.And the importance of prediction and diagnosis based on multimodal ima-ging in Alzheimer's disease research is given.The future research directions will focus on predicting the transformation of mild cognitive dysfunction into Alzheimer's disease.
