摘要
中国各区域医疗资源分布呈现不均衡的现象,医疗资源利用不充分的问题也普遍存在.医疗资源的共享与优化不仅能够实现医院的合作共赢,而且还能更好地满足社会需求.本文首先分析了内蒙古自治区15所三甲医院资源分布情况;其次,测算了内蒙古地区15所三甲医院2013-2020年的相对效率,提出改进策略;最后,给出了一种基于资源共享模式的DEA模型,为医院决策者给出了在不增加资源投入的情况下,通过合作策略的选择提升医院效率的建议.
Abstract
The distribution of medical resources in various regions of China is uneven,coupled with widespread issues of insufficient utilization.The sharing and optimization of medical resources not only fosters win-win collaborations among hospitals but also effectively addresses societal needs.This paper delves into the distribution of resources among 15 tertiary hospitals in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Moreover,it evaluates the comparative efficiency of these 15 hospi-tals in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2013 to 2020,and proposes strategies for enhance-ment.Finally,a DEA model bashed on resource sharing is presented,offering valuable recommenda-tions to hospital decision-makers on enhancing efficiency through the selection of cooperation strate-gies without increasing resource investment.
