Performance Evaluation of Eco-Environment Protection in Counties of National Key Ecological Functional Areas in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
This study utilized frequency analysis,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to establish an evaluation index system for ecological environmental protection performance in key ecological functional areas of Inner Mongolia.The index system comprehensively reflected the effec-tiveness of ecological and environmental protection in key ecological functional areas from multiple perspectives.The results indicated that the performance evaluation of ecological environment protec-tion in 2020 ranged from 0.28 to 0.73,counties with evaluation levels of average or above accounted for 88.37％of the total number of counties,showing a trend of stable improvement.The main fac-tors influencing changes in ecological environment protection performance evaluations from 2016 to 2020 varied across counties.Our findings offered a reference basis for the allocation of transfer pay-ment funds in national key ecological functional areas.
