An EGTS motor simulation monitoring experimental platform is designed to achieve fast,accurate,and stable operation and speed monitoring experimental tests of the A320 aircraft electric green taxiing system motor.A simulation mathematical model of the rare earth permanent magnet DC motor drive control system is established based on the soaring curve and experimental method.A fuzzy PID control algorithm with mixed membership is proposed to realize the simulation of the EGTS motor closed-loop operation speed regulation control system.The voltage divider circuit,signal conditioning circuit,relay logic control circuit,and electrical monitoring panel are designed.The mixed membership fuzzy PID algorithm is implemented in the programmable logic controller.The upper computer monitoring display interface is designed with King view software,and the lower computer PLC is interconnected through RS485 communication.The EGTS motor simulation monitoring experimental platform integrating system condition monitoring,motion control,and independent control of the upper and lower computer is preliminarily built.Through the EGTS motor simulation monitoring test experiment,the rationality of the control algorithm and system software and hardware design is verified.
