工业厂区由于建筑体量大、层数低、布局分散,占用和消耗了大量土地资源.随着科学技术的进步,工业生产模式不断变化,厂区布局应具有与发展相适应的韧性,减少消极、闲置土地和空间,体现厂区土地的高效利用.以绿色节地理念为出发点,从工业厂区总体布局入手,引入功能和空间的耦合设计策略,提出适用于绿色发展观的工业厂区的规划布局设计建议.
Due to the large size,low number of floors,and scattered layout of industrial plants,they occupy and consume a large amount of land resources.With the progress of science and technology,the industrial production mode is constantly changing.The layout of factory areas should have resilience that is suitable for development,reducing ineffective use of land and space on the industrial site.With the notion of green land conservation,the article starts with the overall layout of industrial plants,introduces a coupling design strategy of function and space,and proposes some suggestions for the layout planning and design of industrial plants that are suitable for the green development notion.
