偏高岭土对风积沙水泥基材料性能的优化

摘要
风积沙替代部分河砂作为混凝土细骨料具有重要的环保意义和经济价值,然而过量风积沙的掺入可能会造成水泥基材料性能的劣化.文中提出加入偏高岭土(Metakaolin,MK)来改善风积沙水泥基材料性能的方法,并且探索了高压蒸汽养护条件下MK、风积沙和水胶比对水泥基材料工作性能、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响,确定了偏高岭土对水泥的最佳替代率.采用扫描电镜对水泥基材料微观结构进行了形貌分析,基于灰色关联理论,建立了MK、风积沙替代率和水胶比对抗压强度的灰色预测模型.
Abstract
The use of aeolian sand as a partial replacement for river sand in concrete fine aggregate has significant environmental and economic benefits.However,excessive incorporation of aeolian sand may lead to deterioration in the performance of cementitious materials.This paper proposes a method to improve the performance of cementitious materials with aeolian sand by adding metakaolin(MK),and explores the effects of MK,aeolian sand,and water-binder ratio on the workability,compressive strength,and flexural strength of cementitious materials under high-pressure steam curing conditions.The optimal substitution rate of metakaolin for cement was determined.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to analyze the microstructure of cementitious materials,and a grey prediction model for compressive strength based on the grey relational theory was established for MK,aeolian sand substitution rate,and water-binder ratio.
