温度对病毒细颗粒热泳沉积影响研究

新型冠状病毒可以附着其他物质成为复合颗粒,对人体造成侵害.通过不同环境温度和人体温度计算,得到其热泳运动沉积特性.在仅考虑热泳作用的条件下,空气与气管壁的温差越大,病毒颗粒的热泳速度越高,更容易沉积在呼吸道以及肺泡中;环境温度越高,人体体温越低,病毒颗粒的沉积率越高,更容易使人感染新冠病毒,增强病毒作用;环境温度越低,人体体温越高,则病毒颗粒在运输的过程中可能受到反热泳力的影响,从而阻止病毒颗粒在人体内的沉积.在人体体温降低的情况下,春夏两季人类可能更会受到病毒的影响.
Study on the effect of temperature on deposition of virus fine particles by thermophoresis
Novel coronaviruses can attach to other substances to become composite particles and do damage to the human body.The deposition characteristics of thermophoresis were obtained by calculations under different ambient temperatures and human body temperatures.Under the same conditions of only considering the thermophilic effect,the higher the temperature difference between air and airway wall,the higher the thermophilic speed of virus particles,and the easier they are deposited in the respiratory tract and alveoli;the higher the ambient temperature and the lower the body temperature,the higher the deposition rate of virus particles,By calculating the characteristics of deposition in different ambient temperature and human body temperature,but under the same conditions considering only thermophoretic effects,we result that:the higher the temperature of air than the wall of air duct is,the higher the thermal swimming speed of virus particles is,and it is easier to deposit in the respiratory tract and alveoli;the higher the ambient temperature is and the lower the body temperature is,the higher the deposition rate of virus particles is,the easier it is to infect people with novel coronavirus and enhance the effect of virus;the lower the ambient temperature is and the higher the body temperature is,the virus particles may be affected by anthermophoretic force during transportation,thus preventing the deposition of virus particles in the human body.Humans may be more susceptible to the virus in the spring and summer when their body temperature drops.
