Effect of pyridine additives on the performance of perovskite solar cells

为制备高质量光滑平整的钙钛矿薄膜实现钙钛矿电池的广泛应用.采用添加剂工程,在钙钛矿前驱液中引入吡啶添加剂,通过构造中间相产物,抑制钙钛矿的结晶成核,获得了大尺寸晶粒.同时改善钙钛矿晶体的生长取向,获得紧密平整的钙钛矿薄膜,并用原位光学显微镜和X射线衍射图证明了钙钛矿薄膜的缺陷优化和中间相产物的存在,最后将器件的光电转换效率提升到了18.28%,而且提升了稳定性,在空气环境下300 h后仍能保持初始效率值的95%.
In order to prepare high-quality smooth perovskite films for the wide application of perovskite solar cells,pyridine additives are engineered into perovskite precursors.Nucleation of crystals is inhibited by constructing intermediate phase products and large-sized grains are obtained.At the same time,the growth orientation of perovskite crystals is improved,and a compact and flat perovskite film is obtained.Optimization of defects in the perovskite film and presence of intermediate-phase products have been demonstrated using in situ optical microscopy and X-ray diffractograms.The power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the device is increased to 18.28%.Moreover,the stability is improved,with the PCE being maintained at 95%of the initial efficiency after 300 hours in the air environment.
