Discussion on several problems of environment impact assessment in land consolidation
In recent years,land consolidation projects have been widely developing all around China,the influence of which on environ-ment has focused more and more attention at the same time of its immeasurable economic benefits. As the land consolidation technical guide-lines for environment impact appraisal is still in the gestation period,the writing of which is also in the exploratory stage. From the writing of this kind of reports,opinions and suggestions on several sections have been put forward for discussion ,including:engineering analyses,a-nalysis of newly increased plow lands,water resources argumentation,groundwater effect,ecological effect and so on.
